Do you feel the feeling of overwhelm has made you kind of stuck in career or relationship life?

If yes then keep reading this guide as it will tell you

  • How to dissect overwhelm feeling for you

  • Types of overwhelm feeling

  • 7 Guidelines to follow to keep yourself focused

  • What you SHOULD NOT DO in overwhelmed state of mind

Overwhelm is when your mind, emotions, or body feel overloaded, like there's too much happening at once and you don’t know where to start.

It can feel like:

  • A cluttered room in your brain – too many thoughts racing at once.

  • Drowning in emotions – feeling everything too deeply and not knowing how to process it.

  • Trying to juggle too much – feeling stretched thin and exhausted.

It's like your system is running on too many open tabs, and you need to pause, breathe, and close some of them. 💆‍♀️

3 KINDS OF OVERWHELM

  • Mental Overwhelm → Too many thoughts, racing mind, indecisiveness

  • Emotional Overwhelm → Feeling deeply affected by emotions, heavy heart

  • Physical Overwhelm → Restlessness, exhaustion, tension

Identify which one you are facing or all three affects or one of them affects more than the other. Get clarity on it.

Action to take-

  • If mental → Brain dump journal for clarity

  • If emotional → Art therapy, intuitive dance, or emotional release rituals

  • If physical → Breathwork or grounding movement like walking barefoot

7 GUIDELINES TO STAY FOCUSED IN OVERWHELMED STATE OF MIND

  1. Do not talk to any toxic person (if you are confused if XYZ is toxic for you or not then you can consult with me; through tarot or intuitive counselling we can understand a person’s impact on you)

  2. Self reflect a lot

  3. Just make your ground strong i.e. think about yourself only. (Other people, situations will align accordingly with time.)

  4. Eat food that nourishes your body and gives you strength

  5. Think about bigger goals

  6. Don’t count your slow action as no action- as these small actions only accumulate one day to give you momentum for exponential growth.

  7. Keep it simple and basic

DO NOT take Overwhelm as a BLOCK but a SIGNAL

Instead of seeing overwhelm as a sign of "too much," see it as:

  • A call for clarity → What truly needs your attention?

  • A sign of expansion → Growth often feels chaotic before it stabilizes you

  • A reminder to pause → What needs simplification or letting go?

Action: Write down: "What is overwhelm trying to teach me right now?"

Did you find it helpful?

  • Yes

  • No
