Maintaining positive mindset to overcome exam stress

Real Time Case

Person A was preparing for her competitive exam but even after some attempts she was unable to clear. The exam stress was coupled with new mother responsibilities and no support from family members. To be in positive mindset became difficult to her. Thats when she decided to take charge of her situation. 


Process

She started taking Intuitive Counselling Sessions and in 3 one-on-one session she got what she needed to pursue her exam journey. We used art and intuitive journaling tools which helped her to vent out safely. She felt self motivated to get back into her meditation practice. And now with complete new energy she is preparing for her next attempt of exam which is during the end of this year. Below are few words from her healing journey-
